Ed Dickson, K.J. Wright Could Debut In Week 8
6 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Ed Dickson (knee) and linebacker K.J. Wright (knee) could make their season debuts following the Week 7 bye against the Lions on Oct. 28. Head coach Pete Carroll said both players will practice next week, but he sounded more confident about Dickson, who spent the first six weeks on the Non-Football Injury list. Wright had a setback a few weeks after his arthroscopic knee surgery but "has had a couple really good days." Tight end Nick Vannett (back) will get some "special work" in this week and could also return in Week 8. Seattle's defense will be much stronger in the middle whenever Wright returns. Dickson should serve as the main pass-catching tight end whenever he returns, but he'll merely be a TE2 for fantasy owners.
