Dustin May Throws Two Innings In First Rehab Outing
2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers right-hander Dustin May (elbow) made his first rehab appearance in the Arizona Complex League on Saturday. He threw two innings and a total of 13 pitches. He retired each of the six batters he faced, recording three strikeouts along the way. May underwent Tommy John surgery in May 2021. If he can continue to progress and avoid any setbacks, he'll be back with the team at some point before the end of the regular season. However, he likely won't be utilized as a starter for the Dodgers this year, meaning there's no need to roster him in standard season-long leagues at this point.
