Duncan Robinson Doesn't Return On Monday
8 months agoMiami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson (back) didn't return to Monday's loss to the 76ers. Robinson, who recently became the fastest player in NBA history to make 1,000 three-pointers, scored just three points before exiting after 24 minutes because of back discomfort. The 29-year-old has played well this season, averaging a career-high 13.7 points per contest. But Miami has been without Tyler Herro (foot) and Jimmy Butler (foot), so adding Robinson to the injury report isn't an ideal situation. There's a chance Butler will be back on Wednesday versus Cleveland. However, if Robinson or Butler can't suit up, Terry Rozier and Bam Adebayo would likely be the primary scoring options. Guys like Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Caleb Martin could also see more opportunities on the offensive end.
