2 months agoDoo Ho Choi scored a second-round knockout win over Bill Algeo to return to the win column. Choi was ending an over-year-long layoff and was 0-3-1 in his last four fights as he hadn't won a fight since 2016. In the first round, Choi was taken down twice and controlled for over three minutes. However, in the second round, Choi started to have more success on the feet as he landed a massive left hand that stumbled Algeo who fell to the ground as Choi landed ground-and-pound shots to get the win. With the victory, Choi is now 15-4-1 as a pro and 4-3-1 in the UFC, as the win likely saved his job.--Cole Shelton
