Donte Moncrief Catches Three Passes Against Saints
6 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Donte Moncrief hauled in three of his four targets for 21 yards in Thursday's preseason game against the New Orleans Saints. Moncrief was initially listed as the team's fifth receiver on the depth chart coming into the game, but he saw the field on the team's first series and seemed to work well with quarterback Blake Bortles. It was an encouraging game for Moncrief, who had missed time during training camp with an ankle issue, and seems to suggest that he has moved ahead of D.J. Chark in the team's pecking order. That situation is worth monitoring as the preseason rolls along, though neither player possesses much fantasy value at the moment.
