D'Onta Foreman Finds End Zone Three Times In Win Over Raiders
1 year agoChicago Bears running back D'Onta Foreman delivered a sensational performance on Sunday, rushing the ball 16 times for a total of 89 yards and securing two touchdowns in their decisive 30-12 victory over the Raiders. In addition to his powerful ground game, he added three catches for 31 yards and a touchdown. With Roschon Johnson (concussion) sidelined and Khalil Herbert (ankle) on injured reserve, Foreman stepped into the spotlight, leading the Bears with 120 total yards on the day. The Bears head to Los Angeles next week to take on the Chargers, who allow the seventh-most points to running backs this season. Foreman's standout performance on Sunday establishes that he'll have some role in Week 8, regardless of the status of his fellow running backs. Foreman could be a solid play against the Chargers if Johnson remains sidelined, assuming a more significant role.
