Domingo Santana Keeps Producing With 19th Home Run
5 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Domingo Santana belted his 19th homer of the year Sunday in the team's 6-3 loss to the Angels. He finished the afternoon going 2-for-4 with a pair of runs scored and an RBI. Santana is continuing a stellar debut season with the M's sporting a .283/.350/.495 slash line with 54 runs and 64 RBI. The 26-year-old is still striking out at an undesirable 29.5% K-rate, but he is making the most of his at-bats when he puts the ball in play. Santana remains an asset in all formats even if the club continues to ship away pieces around him.
