Domingo German Throws Six Scoreless Frames At Triple-A
2 years agoNew York Yankees right-hander Domingo German (shoulder) had a dominant outing with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Friday. He threw six innings and allowed three hits, one walk and no runs while striking out one. German has been on the 60-day injured list all year due to right shoulder impingement syndrome. He has now made five rehab appearances this year and he's allowed just one earned run over 20.1 innings. Friday's outing was likely his final tuneup. He should be back with the Yankees after the All-Star break and he could take the rotation spot of Luis Severino (shoulder), who landed on the injured list on Thursday. German is far from a must-add player in fantasy, but if you're looking for rotation help and he officially gets added to the rotation, he's someone worth considering.
