Domingo German Reportedly Left Game With Bicep Tendonitis
6 years agoNew York Yankees starting pitcher Domingo German had to leave Thursday's Triple-A game, and early reports indicate the reason was bicep tendonitis in his arm. The injury hasn't been confirmed, but it's being reported as an initial diagnosis. If confirmed, it'll be a big blow to the Yankees pitching depth, as German has been able to start and pitch out of the pen this year. German has good stuff (95 strikeouts), but has not been a great run stopper (5.68 ERA) this season. His fantasy value will now remain in limbo due to his injury as well as his chances of returning to the majors.
