Dolphins Reach Agreement With Jordan Howard
5 years agoUpdating a previous report, the Miami Dolphins agreed to a two-year deal worth north of $10 million with running back Jordan Howard on Tuesday, according to a source. Miami desperately needed backfield help, especially after they traded Kenyan Drake to the Cardinals midseason. Howard, who spent just one year in Philadelphia, will be the early down, and goal-line back for the Dolphins and will share backfield touches with Kalen Ballage, although they could also address the position in the draft. As a running back that doesn't catch many passes, Howard will be more of an RB3/flex option that is touchdown-dependent with his new club.
