Brooklyn Selects Dzanan Musa With 29th Pick
6 years agoWith the 29th pick in the draft the Brooklyn Nets selected Bosnian wing man Dzanan Musa, a player many weren’t expecting to be taken in that position. The Nets have had an unconventional rebuild, and this one fits the mold of what they have been doing over the time of general manager Sean Marks' tenure with the Nets. Musa, who is being compared to former Net Bojan Bogdanovic, is known for his lethal scoring ability in Europe, which has been on display since he was 15 years old. Musa for fantasy purposes is worth a pickup in dynasty formats right now, but it will take some time for him to develop into a consistent contributor at the NBA level. At only 19 years old, he has plenty of room to develop and if his scoring ability can translate over to the NBA, the Nets will have gotten a steal with pick No. 29 in the 2018 draft.
