Columbus Blue Jackets left wing Dmitri Voronkov was the only man to beat Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen in the Sabres crease on Friday, recording a power-play goal in the first period of a 2-1 loss. Having scored for the fourth time this season with the man advantage, Voronkov is now tied with New Jersey's Luke Hughes for most power-play goals among first-year players. The Russian rookie has been very comfortable in front of goal lately, potting four goals in his past seven appearances. He reached 15 career goals on Friday, which marks the second most in franchise history by a player through his first 50th appearance with the team. Voronkov has added 13 assists while logging a team-best plus-six rating during a fairly successful rookie campaign.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
