4 weeks agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (knee) is trending toward not suiting up for the team's Week 8 matchup. The hulking wideout was initially listed as week-to-week after injuring his knee in the second half of Seattle's 34-14 victory over the Atlanta Falcons. However, his status is now in doubt for Sunday's home outing against the Buffalo Bills. While it's still possible he is active for the game, fantasy managers will want to put a contingency plan in place, as it's unlikely he'd play a full complement of snaps regardless. If Metcalf can't suit up, fellow WRs Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Tyler Lockett should again see an increased role in the offense, while Jake Bobo will fill the void as the team's third wideout in three-wide-receiver sets.--Alex Ciulla
