Diontae Johnson Now A Starter
5 years agoPittsburgh Steelers rookie wide receiver Diontae Johnson confirmed that he's now a starter alongside JuJu Smith-Schuster. It means that he'll be in on three-receiver sets moving forward with Smith-Schuster and James Washington. Donte Moncrief has ruined his chance by dropping a plethora of passes in the first two weeks. Johnson has caught four of his nine targets for 42 scoreless yards to begin his career. He's worth considering off the waiver wire in deeper leagues, but remember that he'll be taking passes from quarterback Mason Rudolph, who just made his NFL debut last week, for the rest of the season.
