Dinelson Lamet Pitches Well In Rehab Start
1 year agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Dinelson Lamet (back) allowed just two hits and no runs while punching out six and issuing one walk over 4 2/3 scoreless innings in his minor league rehab start for Triple-A Albuquerque. This is newsworthy as Lamet is expected to join the Rockies' starting rotation next week. Lamet was electric earlier in his career with the Padres but injuries derailed his success. He's still a name to keep an eye on but you shouldn't rush to grab him off the waiver wire. He's pitching for the Rockies, after all.
