Dinelson Lamet Lands On The Injured List Thursday
2 years agoThe Colorado Rockies placed right-hander Dinelson Lamet (back) on the 15-day injured list on Thursday, according to MLB.com. The 30-year-old is dealing with lower back stiffness. There's no word on how long Lamet will be on the shelf, but he'll likely go through a rehab assignment once his back heals. The 2023 season hasn't been kind to the former starting pitcher, as he owns a 12.66 ERA, 22.8% strikeout rate, and 2.44 WHIP over 10.2 innings. In a corresponding move, the club recalled Peter Lambert from Triple-A. In 95 career innings between 2019 and 2021, the right-hander owns a 7.48 ERA with 60 strikeouts across 95 innings. Fantasy managers can ignore both players in all formats.
