6 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. is high atop the Arizona Diamondbacks wish list to replace free-agent outfielder A.J. Pollock in center field, according to a major league source. The Red Sox are trying to shed some salary to improve their bullpen, so Bradley could be had in a trade this winter. Although he doesn't have the offensive upside of Pollock, Bradley can run and is a Gold Glove-caliber outfielder. The left-handed hitter batted just .234/.314/.403 with 13 home runs, 59 RBI, 76 runs and 17 stolen bases in 144 games for the World Champs last year. He would be the Snakes regular center fielder and would likely hit atop their order as well.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
