2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith caught both of his targets and gained 22 yards during the team's 29-17 victory over the Houston Texans. The 23-year-old had his second-straight disappointing fantasy performance and failed to top 25 yards once again. Philadelphia exploited the soft Houston run defense and heavily targeted tight end Dallas Goedert in this game, as Smith and A.J. Brown combined for only eight targets. However, this was the sophomore receiver's second-lowest target total of the year and his worst fantasy finish since being blanked in the season opener. Smith has a prime bounce-back matchup against Washington next week, whom he gashed for 169 yards and a score back in Week 3. Even after two terrible fantasy performances, Smith should be considered a back-end WR2 in Week 10.--Ryan Larrison - RotoBaller
