3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles rookie wide receiver DeVonta Smith is a boom-or-bust option in Week 5 fantasy lineups. Smith has a very high ceiling, which he almost reached in Week 4, but a concerningly low floor as well. Against a barely-there Chiefs secondary in Week 4, Smith caught seven passes for 122 yards and could have had an even better day if he hadn't stepped out of bounds on his route for a long touchdown. The Panthers defense is not the Chiefs defense however, and Smith (and the Eagles offense) has struggled against better defensive teams. The rookie will be somewhere in the WR3 rankings, but has easy-to-see WR2 upside.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
