New England Patriots wide receiver DeVante Parker (concussion) has been ruled out for the Week 16 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals. This doesn't come as a surprise considering Parker hasn't practiced since suffering a concussion in Week 14. At this point, there's a good chance that Parker doesn't play again this season. The expectation is that Jakobi Meyers, Nelson Agholor, and Kendrick Bourne will all have increased roles with Parker ruled out. As of right now, Meyers is the only fantasy relevant player out of the three wideouts.--Andy Webb
