2 years agoBaltimore Ravens wide receiver DeSean Jackson was not elevated from the practice squad to the active roster on Thursday. That means that Jackson isn't expected to play during the Week 8 matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night. The 35-year-old recently signed with the Ravens but doesn't appear ready to play yet. The fact he wasn't elevated likely means Rashod Bateman (foot) should be good to go on Thursday, as expected. It's a short week, so Jackson didn't get a ton of time to learn the offense, either. We'll see if he's brought up to the active roster for Week 9.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
