Derrick White Drains Career-High Seven Triples
4 years agoSan Antonio Spurs guard Derrick White had a career night from beyond the arc in a double-overtime loss to the Hawks. White knocked down a career-best seven threes for 21 of his 29 points, which is also a career-high. The 26-year-old added three assists, two blocks, a steal, and one board in 45 minutes of floor time. White has seen increased run in the absence of Lonnie Walker IV (wrist), who has missed the last six games. White has put up 17 and 20 shots in his last two games, respectively, his two highest totals of the season. If Walker has to miss Saturday's game against the Pacers, White could be a solid DFS play, given that Indiana has allowed the 10th-most FanDuel points to point guards.
