Derrick Henry In Great Shape
2 years agoTennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry unsurprisingly looks to be in great shape this offseason and has been smooth running and catching the ball during offseason workouts. Henry appears to be taking advantage of his offseason work heading into the 2023 season. It makes sense for the 29-year-old to be at all six of the team's organized team activities while trying to learn new offensive coordinator Tim Kelly's system. The offense shouldn't be all that much different in 2023, with Henry fully expected to remain as a high-volume producer in a run-friendly offense. King Henry finished as the RB4 in half-PPR leagues last year, running for 1,538 yards (second in the NFL) and 13 touchdowns on a league-high 349 carries. Even if he starts to show signs of decline, Henry should at the very least be treated as a top-10 fantasy RB.
