6 years agoOakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden said quarterback Derek Carr might have been "too aggressive" on a costly fourth-quarter red-zone touchdown in the Week 3 loss to the Dolphins. "I think, at times, he's trying too hard," Gruden said of Carr in his weekly media conference Monday. "But we'll talk about that extensively here in the next couple hours. But I thought he played really good under some very tough circumstances." The Raiders have been outscored 37-3 in the fourth quarter through three weeks, but Gruden said he's remaining "realistic and optimistic." Carr hasn't been terrible, but he hasn't been great either. He'll remain more of a QB2 option in two-QB leagues against a tough Cleveland defense in Week 4.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
