Derek Anderson Questionable Against Bears
6 years agoBuffalo Bills quarterback Derek Anderson (concussion) missed practice all week but is questionable for Week 9 against the Bears. It's a surprise he wasn't flat out ruled out, but perhaps he'll clear the concussion protocol on Saturday. Either way, he's unlikely to play, leaving Nathan Peterman in line for the start. Peterman is a turnover machine facing a good Bears defense, so he'll be a low-end QB2 that should be avoided. Chicago's defense/special teams is the top play of the week, even if defensive end Khalil Mack (ankle) is inactive.
