Delino DeShields Running On Treadmill
6 years agoTexas Rangers outfielder Delino DeShields (head) was told by a concussion specialist that he most likely had a migraine issue or a virus and not a concussion. He started running on a treadmill on Tuesday, but he must pass the concussion protocol before being activated from the disabled list when he's eligible on Sunday. DeShields has a poor .208 batting average with two homers and 21 RBI, but he has stolen 18 bases. He still has value in deeper leagues for his speed, but until he can get his .310 on-base percentage up, he'll continue to be disappointing.
