2 years agoSan Antonio Spurs point guard Dejounte Murray (illness) has been ruled out for Tuesday night's game against the Denver Nuggets. This will be his third consecutive missed game due to an upper respiratory illness. Unfortunately, it sounds as if he'll be missing the team's next game on Thursday as well. Spurs coach Gregg Popovich was asked on Tuesday if Murray would be joining the team in Minnesota for Thursday's game, and Pop replied by saying, "He's a little bit more improbable." Tre Jones should continue to have the keys to the offense for Tuesday's game and likely Thursday's as well. He's a must-start player until further notice as he's averaging 13.5 points, 8.0 assists and 6.0 rebounds per game so far in April with Murray out.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
