David Price Shuts Down Angels
6 years agoBoston Red Sox starter David Price moved to 9-5 on the season with another dominant showing on Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Angels. Price went six innings, allowing five hits, two walks and one earned run while striking out seven. He has been fantastic lately, as he has allowed three runs or fewer in each of his last nine starts. His ERA is now sitting at a respectable 3.66 on the year, and he seemingly lowers it every time he is on the mound. This is the best he has pitched as a member of the Red Sox. Price has become a reliable fantasy option that offers low ratios with decent strikeout totals.
