David Dahl Released By Brewers
2 years agoThe Milwaukee Brewers have released outfielder David Dahl. The 28-year-old signed a minor league contract with the Brewers last year after he was released by the Texas Rangers. He played in 67 games for the Brewers' Triple-A affiliate, the Nashville Sounds, this year and produced some solid numbers, slashing .294/.357/.468 with nine home runs, 41 RBI and 44 runs. Dahl struggled to the tune of a .210/.247/.322 slash line with the Rangers last year, but he's a career .272 hitter in the majors and he was an All-Star selection just a few years back in 2019. We'll see if another organization decides to take a chance on him.
