Darrynton Evans Placed On The Injured Reserve
3 years agoTennessee Titans running back Darrynton Evans (knee) was placed on injured reserve Thursday. He will miss at least three games and won't be eligible to return until Week 4. The 23-year-old has had trouble staying on the field and was limited to five games in 2020 due to a hamstring injury. Running back Brian Hill is also on the injured reserve, and Jeremy McNichols is on the reserve/COVID-19 list. Mekhi Sargent, who had an impressive preseason, will be the backup running back to star Derrick Henry. Fantasy managers should stash Evans for now, but Sargent is the Titans' backup RB that should be rostered while Evans is sidelined.
