Darren O'Day Placed on 10-Day DL Tuesday
6 years agoBaltimore Orioles relief pitcher Darren O'Day (hamstring) has been placed on the 10-day disabled list after aggravating a hamstring injury in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Mariners, per MLB.com's Brittany Ghiroli. O'Day pulled up lame after attempting to field an eighth-inning Jean Segura bunt. The side-armer allowed two runs on two hits without recording an out before exiting. This is now the second time this season that he has been sidelined with the hamstring injury. Fantasy owners can drop him at this point unless they happen to have a free DL spot to spare in a deep league that values holds.
