5 months agoFree-agent forward Dario Saric agreed to a two-year, $10.6 million contract with the Denver Nuggets on Saturday. Saric appeared in 64 games with the Golden State Warriors last season, averaging 8.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.3 assists while shooting 37.6% from behind the arc. With the Nuggets losing Kentavious Caldwell-Pope in free agency, adding the 30-year-old will help lessen the blow. His presence will also bolster a bench that wasn't very deep during the 2023-24 campaign. With that said, Saric should get a few starts in 2024-25.
