Danilo Gallinari Struggles From The Field In Sunday's Loss
7 years agoLos Angeles Clippers forward Danilo Gallinari went missing offensively on Sunday, finishing with only seven points in a 111-104 loss to Indiana. He failed to make any of his three attempts from outside and ended up with an ugly 1-for-9 shooting overall. Gallinari has just returned from a hand injury, so the shooting woes aren't a surprise and he found other ways to still stay effective on the court, as he managed to post a new season-high with three blocks and picked up six boards. Injuries have ruined Gallinari's debut season in L.A., as he's played in only 20 of the team's 77 games, but at least he should be fresh physically and motivated to perform well to justify a 20-plus million a year contract.
