Daniel Poncedeleon Has Another Inefficient Start
4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Daniel Poncedeleon had another inefficient start in Tuesday's game, lasting just 3 1/3 innings after throwing 79 pitches. He allowed two runs on three hits and three walks while striking out seven. Poncedeleon showed his ability to miss plenty of bats, but deep counts knocked him out of the game with just one out in the fourth inning. He'll head into his next outing with an ugly 6.14 ERA.
