Former New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is signing with the Minnesota Vikings, according to NFL insider Ari Meirov. The former No. 6 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft lands with Kevin O'Connell following his abrupt release from New York. Jones will have the chance to sit behind Sam Darnold in hopes of regaining a starting job in the near future. Jones started 69 games for the Giants, racking up a 24-44-1 record behind 14,582 passing yards, 70 passing touchdowns, and 47 interceptions. He rushed for 2,179 yards and 15 scores. The 27-year-old is not on the fantasy football radar for now, but he's worth stashing in deep Superflex or two-QB leagues. If Darnold were to miss time, Jones would enter an offense with stud pass-catchers, and he still has a little bit of juice as a runner.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller
