Damien Harris Likely To Miss Multiple Games
2 years agoNew England Patriots running back Damien Harris (hamstring) is likely to miss multiple games because of the hamstring injury he suffered in the Week 5 win over the Detroit Lions, according to a source. Harris is still getting tests, but the expectation is that he's going to miss some time. There's a chance that he could be placed on Injured Reserve, which would require him to miss at least four games. Fantasy managers need to prepare for that possibility. In the meantime, Rhamondre Stevenson will be the team's lead back and will be a plug-and-play RB2 in fantasy. Rookie Pierre Strong Jr. will likely be active in Week 6 against the Cleveland Browns, while J.J. Taylor and Kevin Harris will be options to be elevated from the practice squad for additional RB depth.
