Dalvin Cook Says He's Feeling Good
4 years agoMinnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said that running back Dalvin Cook (groin) "said he's feeling really good, so we'll see," when asked if the team would consider resting Cook in Week 6 against the Falcons with their bye coming in Week 7. Cook called his groin injury in Week 5 a "freak accident" on a route to the flat. He's considering himself day-to-day, but fantasy managers will have to keep a close eye on his practice status throughout the week. Cook is obviously a must-start in fantasy as the NFL rushing leader through five weeks if he plays, but if he doesn't, backup Alexander Mattison will become a plug-and-play RB1 against the winless Falcons.
