San Diego is off to a great start, and the National League West has several pitcher-friendly parks that would benefit Keuchel, including Petco Park. The left-handed former Cy Young winner in 2015 is a ground-ball pitcher that would profile nicely in San Diego, but his value continues to drop the longer he remains on the open market.
