Vancouver Canucks forward Dakota Joshua announced on Tuesday that he was diagnosed with testicular cancer this summer and underwent surgery to remove a tumor. As a result, he won't take part in training camp, and it's unclear when Joshua will be ready to play. However, in his statement, Joshua said that he plans to return to action "as soon as possible" this season. The 28-year-old is coming off a career year. He potted 18 goals and had 32 points in 63 appearances last season. Despite missing nearly 20 games, Joshua was also among the top 10 in the league in hits with 245. The Michigan native boasts 64 points (33 goals, 31 assists) across 184 career games and has averaged over three hits a night.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
