Dakota Hudson Allows Just One Hit In A Short Start
4 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Dakota Hudson was hard to hit but inefficient in Friday's start he allowed no runs and just one hit and two walks while striking out six, but was lifted after throwing 74 pitches in just 4 2/3 innings. Hudson is likely still being stretched out after the Cardinals were off for so long, but he's never been one to go deep into games. He's one of those starters who has much less value in quality start leagues due to how often his starts are cut short despite relatively strong numbers.
