D.J. Moore Paces Team In Receiving In Week 3 Victory
3 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver D.J. Moore caught 8 of 12 targets for 126 receiving yards in Thursday's victory over the Texans. Moore was the apple of quarterback Sam Darnold's eye all night, as the 12 targets were more than double what any other Carolina pass-catcher saw. The 24-year-old wideout connected with Darnold for chunk play after chunk play, as the chemistry between the two seems to grow by the week. Moore has totaled 31 targets through the first three weeks, and is a legitimate WR1 threat moving forward, especially with Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) potentially sidelined.
