4 years agoChicago Cubs closer Craig Kimbrel allowed back-to-back home runs in a non-save situation on Friday versus the Pirates. Kimbrel was able to get out of the inning and secure a Cubs win, but he now owns a 27.00 ERA. The Cubs bullpen has struggled in general and Kimbrel will need to improve his performance to keep the closer role. Jeremy Jeffress would likely be the next man up if Kimbrel is removed from his role.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
