Cowboys Defense Doesn't Do Much In Week 9
4 years agoThe Dallas Cowboys Defense didn't do too much in Week 9, but that's somehow a little better than expected. With the Cowboys starting their fourth-string quarterback and taking on the undefeated Pittsburgh Steelers, things could have been ugly for the Cowboys defense, but they ended up allowing 24 points and putting up two fantasy points in standard scoring formats. They didn't record a sack or any turnovers in the game. For a defensive unit that has averaged just over two fantasy points per week, this was a slightly better performance than most expected. It still doesn't make the Cowboys anything resembling a recommended fantasy defense when they return from their Week 10 bye.
