Corey Seager Doing One-Handed Workouts
4 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Corey Seager (hand) has been out for about 10 days due to a broken bone in his hand. He is expected to miss somewhere between six and eight weeks. Dodgers manager Dave Roberts gave an update on Seager this Tuesday, saying that Seager has been doing various conditioning drills, such as taking one-handed grounders and one-handed swings. The goal is for Seager to keep his core strong while the fracture heels. Prior to the injury, Seager played 37 games and slashed .265/.361/.422 with four home runs, seven doubles, 22 RBI and 20 runs. Fantasy managers should plan to be without Seager until at least early July.
