Corey Kluber Manages a Quality Start Without His Best Stuff
7 years agoCleveland Indians starting pitcher Corey Kluber worked his way to a quality start on Tuesday despite not having his best stuff. The Cleveland ace tossed six innings, allowing three runs on five hits and a walk. He struck out four but took the loss as his offense was only able to score two runs. Kluber has uncharacteristically allowed five home runs over his last two starts, but it's likely a blip on the radar and nothing for owners to worry about going forward.
