Corey Kluber Likely To Stay With Indians
6 years agoTrade talks surrounding Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Corey Kluber have quieted to a whisper of late and multiple sources said there is almost no chance that the two-time American League Cy Young winner will be dealt before the start of spring training. The Indians aren't expected to be receptive to trade talks during spring training either. The veteran right-hander is under team control through 2021. The 32-year-old is one of only two pitchers to throw 1,000 regular season innings over the last five years and is likely to make his fifth straight Opening Day start for the Tribe. He's ranked as RotoBaller's No. 3 overall fantasy starter.
