2 years agoArizona Cardinals running back Corey Clement filled in for an injured James Conner (shin, knee) during the fourth quarter of last week's contest and should be in line to handle an increased workload against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 18. Conner has already been ruled out for Sunday's matchup and head coach Kliff Kingsbury stated that both Clement and Keaontay Ingram will be involved in his absence. Clement ran ahead of the rookie in Week 17, but it's possible that the Cardinals give Ingram more touches this week to see what they have in their younger asset. Regardless, the 49ers have been stout against running backs all season, so Arizona's backfield should likely be avoided for fantasy purposes.--Jorden Hill - RotoBaller
