Cooper Kupp Falls Outside Top 12 WRs

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp was targeted eight times and caught seven passes for 80 yards in the Rams' 24-10 victory over the Carolina Panthers. He also carried the ball twice for 17 yards. Kupp has now taken one or more carries in three out of his last four games. While his workload as a rusher is not close to that of 49ers wide-back Deebo Samuel, the rushing opportunities have added a good 10.1 fantasy points in those four games, including his rushing touchdown in Week 3. This time, Kupp's receiving targets and yards were the second lowest of the season (and the lowest since Week 3). Why? Because the Rams were winning for much of the game, and they threw the ball fewer times than any game except Week 3. No. 2 WR Allen Robinson II was also more heavily involved than he has ever been all season. Kupp also went into the game with a foot injury that limited him at practice, but there's no way to say if that was affecting him at all during the game. The middling performance—by his sky-high standards—ranks him as the PPR WR15 pre-Monday Night, tied with Vikings WR Justin Jefferson and his own teammate Ben Skowronek.
