8 months agoBoston Red Sox catcher Connor Wong remains out of the starting lineup ahead of Friday's game against the Los Angeles Angels. The 27-year-old was expected to be the starting catcher to begin the season. However, Wong has only started three of the team's first eight games of the season. Instead of Wong, the Red Sox will go with Reese McGuire behind the plate and he'll bat ninth against right-hander Griffin Canning.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
