Connor McDavid Grabs Three Assists Friday
2 years agoEdmonton Oilers center Connor McDavid saw his multi-goal streak end at five games Friday against Winnipeg, but he still made a major impact in the game, collecting assists on half of the team's goals in a 6-3 win. Two of McDavid's helpers came on the power play as he moved to 69 assists and 121 points for the season. The Oilers captain has grown his account by 24 points during his current nine-game scoring streak. He has a career-high 13-game point streak at home, which is the longest among all Oilers players since Mark Messier managed a 14-game run in 1989-90. McDavid continues to make things look very easy on a nightly basis, and he will get to crush the Jets again Saturday.
